Privacy policy
Draft for approval. This text is a starting point for Trinity and Megan to review and is not final.
This page says what Blonde Voyage collects when you use blondevoyagesalon.com, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
What we collect
- Your email address, if you sign up for the newsletter.
- Your name, contact details and answers about your hair, if you fill out a consultation form. Those forms run on Jotform.
- Your booking details, which live in Vagaro, the booking service every salon uses. Vagaro has its own privacy policy.
- Standard server logs (your IP address, browser and the pages you open) kept by our hosting provider for security and to keep the site running.
- When you tap Book, the site counts the click for that salon on our own server. Nothing about you is stored.
How we use it
We use what you give us to answer you, to prepare for your appointment, and to send the newsletter you asked for. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone outside the services named above and the salon you booked with.
Photos
Photos of client hair appear on this site and on our social accounts only with the client’s permission. If a photo of you is up and you want it taken down, email us and we will remove it.
Your choices
Email info@blondevoyagesalon.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from anything.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes up here with the date it took effect.
