Your first visit
New clients book one of the three time blocks above so there is room for a full consultation and the work itself. Here is how the day goes.
When you arrive
Your stylist meets you at the door. Come a little early and settle in with a drink while we get ready for you. We run on schedule because your time matters.
The consultation
What you told us when you booked is where we start. We talk through your hair dreams and your worst hair nightmares, look at inspiration photos, and work out what you do and do not like. Then we walk you through what is realistic, the plan for today and for later visits, how much upkeep the look needs, and how to style and care for it at home.
The work
Every lightener formula includes a bond builder to protect and strengthen your hair and help the color last. We record every step and formula in your notes so we can recreate what you love and keep refining your palette visit after visit.
An assistant often works alongside your stylist. That is how we deliver detailed dimensional work and extension makeovers without keeping you in the chair all day, and it means someone has time for a proper scalp massage at the shampoo bowl.
